b) The Breathing Exercises
We will discuss the breathing exercises in detail once you have decided to
become a non-smoker. Simply put, you will be committing to taking a series
of deep breaths at regular intervals over a period of three days. It doesn’t
sound like much (and it really isn’t!) but it's an important part of the process
as it demonstrates your active participation in this process and your commitment
to achieving your goal of becoming a non smoker.
